And they say it could not be done...Ha

Hello everybody,

As you can tell this is a Red Letter day. (Get it?)

Today we had 78 photos taken, and last year we had 47. That gives us an increase of 31 photos. We are doing really well. We have been up every day except one (Bass Pro Records), and so both our numbers are right on. We only had one dog today - a Golden Retriever. Wednesdays are usually quiet anyway due to church activities and such.

I have to wonder what's next for the Big Guy? With the rearranged set from last year, BPS has been messing around with lighting, exposure time, flash or no flash and THEY think they have it about right now with six high-powered spotlights pointed right at me. The photos are better, but now there are shadows and Santa feels like he is in a convection oven. They do have a good fan for me, but "I am blinded by the light." (Remember the song?) And now they want to add 2-3 additional spots at a different angle to get rid of the shadows, with even more light on the "Talent." I believe they want Santa to melt away (not really), and be blinded in the process! Oh, and it makes a guy with a white trimmed jacket, hat, and white beard look a tad washed out. Can everyone say "sunglasses?"

It has been a busy, busy day for the Talent, and no nap! Yes, its true. Can you believe it?

So be kind, rewind,

Santa
